Ingredients for Coconut Chicken Curry

1 Kg Chicken
200 ml Cream
100 ml Coconut milk
200 grams Onion (cut into small pieces)
2 tsp Garlic paste
1 tsp Ginger paste
1 tsp Turmeric powder
Salt to taste
1 tsp Garam masala
100 grams Butter or refined oil
1 tsp Red chilli powder

Marinate the Chicken

Take a large bowl and add the chicken, garlic paste, ginger paste, turmeric powder, salt, garam masala, and red chilli powder. Mix well and let the chicken marinate for at least two hours.

Heat oil or butter in a pan. Add the chopped onions and sauté them until golden brown.
