A creamy and flavourful fusion of tomato and white sauce, pink sauce pasta is perfect for a quick and delicious meal. It brings together tangy and rich tastes in every bite.

Pasta (200g penne fusilli)
Butter-1tbsp
Garlic (3 cloves)
Tomato purée
Fresh cream-½cup
Milk-½cup
Onion (1 medium)
Salt
Black pepper
Chilli flakes
Oregano
Grated cheese

Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente, then drain and set aside while saving a little pasta water.

Heat butter in a pan and sauté chopped garlic and onions until soft and slightly golden.

Pour in tomato purée and cook it well until the raw taste disappears and the sauce thickens slightly.
Add milk and fresh cream, mixing everything smoothly to create a rich pink‑coloured sauce.
