How To Make Crispy Potato Rings

Here's a simple, step-by-step recipe to nail this drool-worthy treat. Let's get started.

Ingredients:

1 tsp Chilli flakes, 1 tsp Oregano, Salt (to taste), 2 boiled potatoes, 1/4 cup Rava (Semolina)

Step-1

Melt some butter in a pan and toss in garlic, chilli flakes, and oregano. Let it cook for a bit, then add water to the mix.

Bring the mixture to a boil, then add rava. Stir it up until the rava soaks up all the water. Once done, set it aside to cool.

Mash two boiled potatoes and mix them with the cooled rava mixture. Knead it all into a smooth dough.
