Start by kneading the dough for the kulcha. Mix all-purpose flour, salt, sugar, and gradually add water until everything is well combined.

For the filling, combine potatoes, onions, and chillies with spices and a drizzle of lemon juice. Mix well and garnish with coriander leaves.

Now, take a small dough ball and stuff it with the prepared aloo-onion filling. Use a rolling pin to roll it out into a flatbread.
