Amritsari kulcha is one of the most loved Indian breads. If you've been craving one lately, here's a step-by-step recipe to make a delicious, crispy kulcha right in your kitchen!

1. Knead The Dough

Start by kneading the dough for the kulcha. Mix all-purpose flour, salt, sugar, and gradually add water until everything is well combined.

2. Prepare Filling

For the filling, combine potatoes, onions, and chillies with spices and a drizzle of lemon juice. Mix well and garnish with coriander leaves.

3. Assemble The Kulcha

Now, take a small dough ball and stuff it with the prepared aloo-onion filling. Use a rolling pin to roll it out into a flatbread.
