Dhaniya chutney is a zesty and fresh condiment that pairs perfectly with snacks, chaats, and even your main meals. It is easy to make and super versatile. Here's how to make it:

To make dhaniya chutney, you need 1 cup of fresh dhaniya, ½ cup mint leaves, 2 green chillies, 6-7 garlic cloves, 2 tbsp lemon juice, and salt to taste.

Wash 1 cup dhaniya and ½ cup mint leaves. Chop 2 green chillies and 6-7 garlic cloves. Then juice lemons equivalent to 2 tbsp and set aside.

In a blender jar, add dhaniya, green chillies, garlic cloves, mint leaves and a pinch of salt. Blend until smooth. Add water until you get the desired consistency.

Taste the chutney and add salt accordingly. Once it tastes fine, add lemon juice to the chutney. However, don't add everything at once; add gradually.

Pour the dhaniya chutney into an airtight jar and refrigerate. Let it cool and then serve it with your favourite dish to enjoy a tangy burst of flavour.
