For Methi Ingredients

1/2 Cup methi leaves
1 cup curd
2 tsp garlic, chopped
1 green chilli, chopped
1/2 tsp jeerato taste black salt
Oil (to temper)
for garnishing chaat masala

Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds and garlic and fry.

Once the raw smell of the garlic fades, add methi leaves and sauté for a minute on high flame.

Add green chilli, mix and switch off the flame. Let it cool for a while.
