HOW TO MAKE
EGG BIRYANI

1 Onion

1 cup Rice

2 Boiled Eggs

½ tsp Turmeric powder

1 Egg

Ingredients

2 Cloves

1 tsp Coriander Leaves

1 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste

Salt as per taste

½ tsp Black Peppercorn

1 Bay Leaf

1 tsp Biryani Masala

1 Cinnamon Stick

2 Green Chillies

Heat oil in a pan. Add cloves, black peppercorn, cinnamon stick and bay leaf.

Step 1

Add onion, ginger-garlic paste and green chillies. Fry for 2-3 minutes.

Step 2

Now add the egg and mix so that it scrambles.

Step 3

Add rice and fry for a minute. Then, add salt, boiled eggs and water.

Step 4

Cover and cook till half-done. Add biryani masala and turmeric powder.

Step 5

Cover and cook till done. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
