HOW TO MAKE
EGG HAKKA
NOODLES

Ingredients

1 cup Noodles, boiled

1/4 cup Carrot

1/4 cup Capsicum

1 Egg

1 Onion

Ingredients

2 tbsp Spring Onion

1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder

Salt to taste

1 tsp Garlic

Ingredients

1 tsp Tomato Sauce

1 tsp Vinegar

1 tsp Soya Sauce

1 tsp Chilli Sauce

Take the egg in a bowl. Add salt and black pepper powder. Mix it well and keep it aside.

Step 1

Heat oil in a pan, and add the egg mixture.  Let the egg cook for a minute, and then scramble it.

Step 2

Heat oil again and add all the vegetables. Stir fry them on high flame for 2-3 minutes.

Step 3

Add boiled noodles, vinegar, soya sauce, salt, black pepper, tomato sauce and chilli sauce to it. Mix everything and cook for about 2 minutes.

Step 4

Now add the cooked egg and spring onions. Stir it well and cook for another minute. Serve hot and fresh!
