2 cups Basmati Rice, medium
1 cup Carrot, chopped
1 cup Capsicum, chopped
1 cup Beans, chopped

1 cup Green Peas, peeled
1/2 tsp Ginger, chopped
1 tsp Garlic, chopped
1 tsp Green Chillies, chopped

2 tbsp Oil
2 tbsp Salt
A pinch of Sugar
1 cup Soya Chunks, braised

1. Pour water in a pan, add some salt and boil soya chunks.
2. Take a pan and pour 2 cups water in it. Add salt and sugar, and boil.
3. Add green peas, carrot, beans and capsicum, and blanch.
4. Take oil in a pan, add bay leaves, cinnamon sticks, cloves, cardamom and fry.
5. Add ginger, garlic and green chillies, and fry.
6. Add boiled soya chunks and blanched veggies and mix well.
7. Add salt and black pepper while stirring.
8. Add boiled rice and stir fry for few minutes. Add more salt and pepper, if required.
9. Your fried rice with soya chunks is ready! Serve hot and fresh.
