Fruit jelly balls are colourful, delicious, and perfect for summer. Here's how you can make them at home using fresh fruits.

-½ cup diced fruits (orange, mango, berries, kiwi etc.)
-2 cups fruit juice
-2 tbsp agar-agar or gelatin
-2 tbsp sugar

In a small pan, mix agar-agar with ½ cup water. Let it sit for 5 minutes, then heat until fully dissolved.

Pour the dissolved agar-agar into fresh fruit juice. Add sugar and stir well until everything is mixed.

Add fruit pieces into a mould and pour the mixture evenly on top of it.

Let the jelly set in the fridge for 2-3 hours or until firm. Avoid freezing, as it can change the texture.

Once set, enjoy your fruit jelly balls as a snack, add them to desserts, or serve them with ice cream.
