HOW TO MAKE
GINGER-HONEY
CANDY

Winter is here and so is the seasonal flu. Here we bring you a ginger and honey candy recipe that may serve as a home remedy for cold and cough. 

GINGER AND HONEY CANDY

Ingredients

2 tbsp Ginger Paste

2 tbsp Honey

½ cup Water

½ cup Sugar

¼ tsp Cinnamon Powder

Heat a pan. Add sugar and water to it.

Step 1

Add ginger paste, cinnamon powder and honey to the water.

Step 2

Mix everything together till it combines well.

Step 3

Let the candy mixture boil until it thickens and the sugar dissolves completely.

Step 4

 On a butter paper, pour portions of about half a teaspoon of the prepared mixture. Set aside for a few minutes at room temperature.

Step 5

Once the candy has cooled down and hardened, transfer it to a plate or jar. Your homemade ginger-honey candies are ready!
