HOW TO MAKE
GUR-ATTE
KA HALWA

Ingredients

½ cup Atta

½ cup Milk

¼ cup Sooji

½ cup Gur

Ingredients

2 tbsp Ghee

Saffron - a pinch

3 Cloves

3 Almonds, chopped

In a pan, boil equal parts milk and water with saffron.

Step 1

Heat ghee in a pan. Add cloves and saute for a minute.

Step 2

Stir fry atta and sooji together until golden-brown.

Step 3

Add gur and roast.

Step 4

When atta and sooji start releasing fragrance, add the milk and water. Turn off the heat once Halwa is ready.

Step 5

Garnish with chopped almonds and serve hot.
