How To Make Healthy Oats Cutlet

This snack is a perfect blend of both health and taste. It is made with roasted oats, cottage cheese, veggies, and some tangy spices.

Ingredients:

1 cup Roasted Oats
1 cup Mashed Potatoes
1/2 cup Crumbled Paneer
Oil
1/2 tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
2 Green Chillies (chopped)
Salt to taste
2 small Carrots (grated)
1 tsp Garam Masala
1/4 tsp Red Chilli Powder

Step-1

Mash boiled potatoes and grated carrots together thoroughly.

Take a large bowl and add roasted oats, mashed potatoes, ginger-garlic paste, green chillies, grated carrots, salt, chilli powder, and garam masala.

Then add crumbled paneer to thicken the consistency.

Take a small portion from the mixture, shape it into a circle, then flatten it with your hands to form cutlets.

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees C. Grease a baking tray with 1 tsp of oil. Arrange cutlets carefully and bake for 20 minutes.
