How To Make High-Protein Paneer Poha

Poha is a classic breakfast dish with many variations. This version adds a high-protein twist by including paneer. Paneer poha is healthy, delicious, and ideal for weight loss.

Ingredients:

1 cup poha
2 tbsp peanuts
1 onion, chopped
1 tomato, chopped
1 green chilli, chopped
1/2 cup paneer (cubed)
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
7-8 curry leaves
Red chilli powder to taste
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp turmeric
Salt to taste
Lemon juice
1 tbsp oil

Step-1

Heat oil in a pan, roast the peanuts, and set them aside.

In the remaining oil, add mustard seeds, curry leaves, and green chilli. Fry for two minutes.

Add chopped onion and fry for two minutes. Then add tomato and cook until soft.

Add paneer cubes and spices. Fry everything thoroughly.

Add soaked poha, sprinkle lemon juice, and cook for two minutes, mixing well. Garnish with coriander and serve hot.
