Sweet and spicy, honey chilli potato is a popular street food that is loved for its flavours. It is easy to make and doesn't require much time. Here's how you can make it at home.

To make this, you need potatoes, cornflour, chilli powder, oil, garlic, ginger, soy, vinegar, honey, sesame seeds, spring onions, capsicum, and salt.

Cut 3-4 potatoes into thin strips. Coat each in ½ cup cornflour, one teaspoon chilli powder, and salt. Deep fry until golden brown and set aside.

In a pan, heat two tablespoons of oil. Add chopped ginger-garlic and saute. Add ¼ cup soy sauce, 2 tablespoons vinegar, and 3 tablespoons honey. Mix well.

Add fried potatoes to the prepared sauce. Toss well to coat the potatoes evenly in the sauce. Then add capsicum and cook for 3-4 minutes.

Sprinkle one tablespoon of sesame seeds on the honey chilli potato. Before serving, add chopped spring onions on top of it and enjoy!
