HOW TO MAKE
KADHAI CHICKEN

Ingredients

2 tbsp Cream

3 Whole Red Chillies

1 Onion

½ cup Tomato Puree

250 gm Chicken

Ingredients

Salt as per taste

1 tsp Garam Masala

1 tsp Coriander Seeds

1 tsp Cumin Seeds

Ingredients

1 tsp Kasoori Methi

1 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste

1 tsp Black Peppercorn

1 tsp Methi Seeds

Roast whole red chillies, black peppercorn, methi seeds and cumin seeds for 3 minutes.

Step 1

Heat oil in a pan. Add onion and ginger-garlic paste and fry for 2-3 minutes. Then, add chicken and cook till the colour changes. 

Step 2

Add the prepared masala and garam masala. Mix well.

Step 3

Add tomato puree, cream and water. Cook till chicken is soft.

Step 4

Add salt and kasoori methi. Serve hot with bread of choice!
