Ingredients:

10–12 baby potatoes (boiled and peeled)
2 tablespoons oil
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 teaspoon fennel seeds (saunf)
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon red chilli powder
2 tablespoons tamarind pulp
1–2 tablespoons jaggery or sugarSalt to taste
1/2 teaspoon garam masala
Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds and fennel seeds. Let them crackle.

Add turmeric powder and red chilli powder, mix well on a low flame.
