Ingredients

1 cup khoya (mawa)
1/4 cup rice
4 cups milk
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp cardamom powder

Step 1

Start by rinsing the rice thoroughly and soaking it in water for 30 minutes.

In a heavy-bottomed pan, bring the milk to a boil, then add the soaked rice.
