Craving something creamy and indulgent? Khoya Kheer is the answer! Here's how to make this irresistible dish that will have everyone coming back for more!

1 cup khoya (mawa)
1/4 cup rice
4 cups milk
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp cardamom powder

Start by rinsing the rice thoroughly and soaking it in water for 30 minutes.

In a heavy-bottomed pan, bring the milk to a boil, then add the soaked rice.

Cook the rice on low heat, stirring occasionally, until the rice is soft and the mixture thickens.

Add in the crumbled khoya, sugar, and cardamom powder. Stir well to combine everything into a creamy mixture.
