HOW TO MAKE
KHOYA KULFI

Ingredients

3-4 Cashews

A pinch of Cardamom Powder

¼ cup Sugar

½ cup Khoya

500 ml Milk

Take milk in a pan and let it come to a boil.

Step 1

Once the milk starts boiling, add khoya and sugar while stirring continuously.

Step 2

Then, add cashews and cardamom powder. Mix well.

Step 3

Once the mixture thickens, turn off the flame. Let it cool down.

Step 4

Transfer the mixture into a kulfi mould. Place a stick in the centre.

Step 5

Cover the mould with aluminium foil and let it freeze overnight.

Step 6

Take out the kulfi from the mould. Serve chilled!
