HOW TO MAKE
KULCHA NAAN

1 tbsp Curd

½ cup Maida 

1 tsp Kalonji 

 Baking Soda - a pinch

1 tbsp Coriander Leaves 

Ingredients

¼ tsp Baking Powder 

¼ tsp Salt

½ tsp Sugar 

½ tsp Oil

In a large bowl, add maida, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt. 

Step 1

Mix well. Add oil and curd. Mix again. 

Step 2

Add water and start kneading. Let the dough rest for 2 hours. 

Step 3

Take a small portion of the dough and add coriander leaves and kalonji. Sprinkle some maida.

Step 4

Roll out the dough. Brush with water and cook till brown. 

Step 5

Brush with ghee and serve hot with chole or gravy of choice.
