Kurkuri bhindi is that crispy, tasty snack you can't get enough of. Loved by both kids and adults, this dish is a winner. Here's how you can make it healthier with an air fryer.

To make this, you need 500 gm bhindi, 4 tbsp besan, 2 tbsp rice flour, chilli powder, 1/2 tsp haldi, chaat masala, 1 tsp amchur, salt, oil, and lemon juice.

Wash the bhindi and pat dry. Cut them into thin strips. In a bowl, mix besan, rice flour, chilli powder, haldi, amchur, chaat masala, and salt.

Add the cut bhindi to the bowl and mix well to coat the spices evenly. Add a tablespoon of lemon juice and toss until the bhindi is well coated.

Preheat your air fryer to 180°C for 5 minutes. Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper or lightly spray oil to prevent sticking.

Place the bhindi in the air fryer and spray some oil over it. Air fry at 180°C for 20 mins. Shake the basket midway to ensure even cooking. Serve hot!
