½ cup Besan, roasted

½ tsp Ajwain

½ tsp Kalonji

1 Mashed Potato

1 Onion

1 cup Atta


1 tsp Aamchoor Powder

1 Green Chilli

1 tsp Coriander Powder

2 tsp Mustard Oil

Salt as per taste

1 Whole Red Chilli, roasted

Take boiled and mashed potato in a bowl. Add chopped coriander leaves, green chillies, salt, mustard oil and whole red chilli. Mix well and keep aside. 

Step 1

Take roasted besan in a bowl. Add onion, kalonji, ajwain, mustard oil, aamchoor powder, salt and mix well. Keep aside. 

Step 2

Take atta, salt and oil in a bowl and mix. Gradually add water and mix. Make a dough and let it rest for 30 minutes. 

Step 3

Take a small piece of dough, make a hollow in the centre and add the besan mix. 

Step 4

Make round balls and roast in oil till both sides turn brown.

Step 5

Serve it hot with aloo chokha by the side.
