How To Make Methi Ajwain Paratha

Ingredients:

Wheat flour, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp coriander powder, 1 tsp ajwain, green chillies, 2 Tbsp methi, 1 tsp ghee/oil, roasted, 1/2 cup water

Step-1

In a bowl, add wheat flour. Toss in salt, chilli powder, coriander powder, ajwain, green chillies, methi. Add ghee and give it a good mix until well combined.

Slowly add water and knead until the dough becomes smooth and elastic. Cover and let it rest for about 15-20 minutes.

After resting, divide the dough into medium-sized portions. Roll each portion into a ball and flatten it out like a chapati.

Heat a tawa (griddle) on medium flame and place the paratha on it. Let it cook for a minute before flipping.

Keep flipping and add a little ghee on each side until golden and crispy.
