Methi puri is the crispy, flavourful twist your winter meals need! Think of it as the perfect companion to your aloo curry. This puri will add a burst of flavour to your plate.

2 cups Atta, 1 cup Fresh methi, 1 tbsp Dry methi, A pinch of Hing, 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder,

1/4 tsp Red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp Carom seeds, 1/3 cup Water, 3 tbsp Oil, Salt, to tasteOil (for deep frying)

In a large bowl, combine atta, hing, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, carom seeds, and salt. Toss in the fresh and dry methi leaves for that signature flavour.

Add water little by little and start kneading the dough. Drizzle in the oil while kneading to make it smooth and pliable. Let the dough rest for 20-30 minutes.

Pinch small portions from the dough, roll them into circles, and get ready to deep fry them.

Fry each puri until golden and crispy. Watch them puff up beautifully!
