HOW TO MAKE
MUGHLAI
EGG CURRY

Ingredients

1 tsp Coriander Leaves

2 tsp Cream

2 tbsp Curd

1 Onion

2 Boiled Eggs

1 Bay Leaf

4 Cashews

Salt as per taste

½ tsp Red Chilli Powder

1 tsp Kasoori Methi

Ingredients

½ tsp Shahi Jeera

1 Cinnamon Stick

3 Green Cardamom

2 Black Cardamom

¼ tsp Turmeric Powder

Take water in a pan. Add bay leaf, green cardamom, cinnamon, cashews, black cardamom and onion. Boil for 6-7 minutes. Once it cools down, drain the water and grind to make a paste.

Step 1

Heat oil in a pan. Add shahi jeera and let it splutter. Next, add the onion paste prepared earlier.

Step 2

Add salt, turmeric powder and red chilli powder.

Step 3

Add curd, kasoori methi, boiled eggs and water. Let it simmer for 7-8 minutes.

Step 4

Garnish with cream and coriander leaves. Serve hot with bread of choice!
