How To Make Mumbai Street‑Style Pulao

Ingredients:

2 cups cooked rice (preferably cooled)
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp oil
1 onion (chopped)
1 tomato (chopped)
1/2 cup mixed vegetables (carrot, peas, capsicum)
1 tbsp ginger‑garlic paste
2 green chillies (chopped)
1 tsp pav bhaji masala
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
Salt to taste
Fresh coriander leaves (chopped)
1 tbsp lemon juice

Heat butter and oil together in a pan on medium flame until the butter melts completely.
