HOW TO MAKE
MUSHROOM TIKKA
MASALA

Ingredients

100 gm Mushroom

2 tbsp Besan

4 tbsp Curd

½ cup Tomato Puree

1 Onion

1 tsp Kasoori Methi

1 tsp Lemon Juice

½ tsp Coriander Powder

½ tsp Turmeric Powder

1 tsp Garam Masala

1 Bay Leaf

Ingredients

½ tsp Cumin Seeds

1 tsp Cream

Salt as per taste

1 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste

1 tsp Red Chilli Powder

3 Green Chillies

First of all, take mushroom in a bowl, add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala, ginger-garlic paste and lemon juice.

Step 1

Further, add besan, curd and mix well.

Step 2

Now heat some oil in a pan and fry the marinated mushrooms in it. Keep them aside.

Step 3

Next, heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, onion, ginger-garlic paste and green chillies and fry it.

Step 4

Add tomato puree, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala and the besan paste. Mix well and cook for 5 minutes.

Step 5

Add the fried mushroom, cream and kasoori methi. Cook for 2 minutes and serve hot with bread of choice!
