Mutton dosa is a popular street food with three layers: the first is plain dosa, the second is an egg omelette, and the top layer is minced meat. Try this delicious dosa recipe.

1 cup Mutton (Minced), 1 cup Onion, 1/2 cup Tomatoes, Green Chilli, 1 tsp Red chilli , 2 tsp Garam Masala, 2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste, Salt, 1/2 tsp Turmeric

First, prepare a dosa batter, then prepare mutton keema in a pressure cooker along with a host of different spices.

Break eggs in a bowl, add seasonings and whip properly.

The next step is to heat oil in a dosa pan, spread batter in a circular motion and then add egg mixture and drizzle some oil over it.

Top it up with mutton keema and coriander leaves. Cook until the bottom of the dosa becomes crispy.

Flip over and cook again for 2-3 minutes and it's done. Serve and enjoy!
