Craving something crispy and spicy? Whip up these golden onion rings in just 20 mins! They're dunked in a flavorful batter and fried to perfection. Pair them with coconut chutney for a perfect snack.

2 big onions, 100 gm rice flour, 10 gm carom seeds, 200 gm gram flour, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp chilli powder, Water (as needed)

1 coconut, finely grated, 1 small green chilli, Salt to taste

Mix rice flour, carom seeds, gram flour, salt, and chilli powder in a bowl. Slowly add water and stir until you get a thick batter.

Cut onions into rings. Dip each ring into the batter, making sure it's coated well. Fry them in hot oil until crispy and golden.

In a mixer, add grated coconut, green chilli, and salt. Grind everything together.

Pour in a little water and grind again until it turns smooth and reaches a medium consistency.
