1/2 cup Paneer, crumbled
4-5 Onion Rings
3 slices Tomato
2 slices Bread
1/2 tsp Garam Masala
1/2 tsp Amchoor Powder
2 tbsp Butter
1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp Garlic
1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
Salt to taste
In a pan, heat oil and saute garlic and cumin seeds. Add paneer, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric, salt, garam masala, amchur powder and mix it well.
Spread butter on the bread slices.
Add paneer bhurji.
Place onion rings and tomato slices. Close the sandwich.
Grill it and cut into half. Serve.
