100 gm Paneer
½ tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp Lemon Juice
1 tbsp Coriander Leaves
½ cup Tomato Puree
½ tsp Cumin Seeds
1 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
½ tsp Red Chilli Flakes
Salt to taste
½ Coriander Powder
½ tsp Garam Masala
Take paneer in a bowl. Add red chilli flakes, salt, garam masala and coriander powder. Mix well and let it rest.
Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and ginger-garlic paste.
Add tomato puree and cook for 3-4 minutes.
Add salt, coriander powder, red chilli powder and water. Cook for 3-4 minutes.
Add the paneer and lemon juice and mix everything together. Garnish with coriander leaves.
Serve hot with bread of choice!
