HOW TO MAKE
 PANEER LOLLIPOP 

1 Boiled Potato, grated 

1 cup Paneer, grated

¼ cup Coriander Leaves

½ cup Capsicum, chopped

Ingredients

½ tsp Cumin Powder

Salt as per taste

½ cup Maida

1 cup Bread Crumbs

INGREDIENTS

1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste

½ tsp Chaat Masala

½ tsp Garam Masala

½ tsp Red Chilli Powder

  Take maida in a bowl and add water to make a slurry.

Step 1

In another bowl, add grated paneer, boiled and grated potatoes, capsicum and coriander leaves.

Step 2

Add salt, red chilli powder, cumin powder, garam masala, chaat masala, ginger-garlic paste and mix well.

Step 3

Let it rest for 10 minutes and then make small balls out of the mix.

Step 4

Dip the ball in maida slurry and coat with breadcrumbs.

Step 5

Heat oil in a pan and add the paneer balls to it. Fry until golden brown in colour.

Step 6

 Add toothpick to eat the paneer lollipops and serve hot with ketchup by the side.
