Bread roll is a classic snack and always a hit at parties. These paneer bread rolls are made with an Indo-Chinese twist that everyone will love. Check out the easy recipe here:

250 gms paneer, crumbled
1/2 cup onions, chopped
1/2 cup capsicum, chopped
2 tbsp schezwan sauce
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
2 tsp soy sauce
1-2 tsp oil
Salt, to taste
Coriander leaves, for garnish
5-6 bread slices
Oil, for frying
Water, as required

Start by preparing the filling for the bread roll. For this, heat the oil in a pan and add the ginger-garlic paste. Sauté for a few seconds and add the chopped veggies. Mix well.

Add the paneer along with soy sauce, schezwan sauce, and salt. Give it a good mix and cook for a few minutes. Garnish with coriander leaves and set aside.

Now, trim the edges of the bread slices and flatten them out using a belan.

Place a spoonful of the prepared filling in the centre of one and cover it with another bread slice.

Seal the edges using water, then shallow fry them until they turn golden brown and crispy. Serve hot with chutney and enjoy!

To elevate the taste and presentation, mix some grated cheese while making the stuffing. This will add a gooey, savoury layer to the snack.
