150 gm Paneer
1 tsp Coriander Leaves
1 tbsp Cornflour
1 tbsp Curd
½ cup Tomato Puree
2 Green Chillies
A pinch of Hing
¼ tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Garam Masala
1 Bay Leaf
½ tsp Cumin Seeds
Salt as per taste
½ tsp Coriander Powder
½ tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
Marinate paneer with salt, red chilli powder, ginger-garlic paste, coriander powder and curd for 30 minutes. Shallow fry the paneer pieces till they turn golden brown.
In a pan, heat oil. Add bay leaf, cumin seeds, hing and green chilli.
Add tomato puree and cook for a minute. Add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and coriander powder.
Mix some corn flour with water. Add it to the mixture. You can also add more water if required.
Add garam masala and fried paneer chunks. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
Top it up with some coriander leaves. Serve hot with roti or naan of choice!
