This phool makhana bhel (or chaat) is not only healthy but also delicious. It's perfect for satisfying your cravings while keeping hunger at bay. Try this easy snack recipe at home.

2 cups of makhana/fox nuts, 1 tbsp ghee, 1 chopped onion, 1 chopped tomato, 1 chopped green chilli, Fresh coriander leaves, 1/2 tsp black pepper powder

Salt, to taste, 1 tsp chaat masala, 1 tsp jeera powder, Roasted peanuts, Green chutney, Date & tamarind chutney

Start by roasting the makhanas in ghee until they're nice and crispy.

Let them cool down, then transfer to a bowl.

Now, add the chopped tomatoes, onions, green chilli, mint, coriander leaves, and spices. Give it all a good mix.

Top it off with green chutney, tamarind chutney, coriander leaves, roasted peanuts, and a sprinkle of chaat masala.
