Ingredients:

2 cups of makhana/fox nuts, 1 tbsp ghee, 1 chopped onion, 1 chopped tomato, 1 chopped green chilli, Fresh coriander leaves, 1/2 tsp black pepper powder

Salt, to taste, 1 tsp chaat masala, 1 tsp jeera powder, Roasted peanuts, Green chutney, Date & tamarind chutney

Step-1

Start by roasting the makhanas in ghee until they're nice and crispy.

Let them cool down, then transfer to a bowl.
