1 cup Moong Dal
1/2 tsp Salt

1 tsp Ghee

1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder

1/2 tsp Ajwain
1 tsp Ghee
1/2 cup Water
Soak one cup of chana dal in water for one hour.
Heat ghee in a pressure cooker, add cloves, black peppercorns and cumin seeds, and wait till the spices sputter.
Add soaked dal, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, and mix well.
Add water, put the lid on and cook the dal, and mash it.
Knead dough with atta, salt, kalonji, ajwain and ghee. Cover and let it rest for one hour.
Roll a small piece of dough half-way, place dal mixture in the centre, close the ends and roll again to make parantha.
Cook the paranthas on both the sides with some ghee.
Serve delicious and healthy chana dal parantha, hot!
