Ragi is a rich source of fibre that keeps the stomach full for long and prevents cravings. For weight loss, here is a protein-rich ragi paneer paratha recipe for you:

Water: 3/4 cup
Salt: 1/2 tsp
Ghee: 2 tsp
Ragi Flour: 3/4 cup

Paneer: 100gms
Onion: 1/4 cup
Cumin, coriander powder: 1/2 tsp each
Amchur: 1tsp
Turmeric: 1/8 tsp
Salt to taste

Boil water, add salt and ghee. Mix the ragi flour. Cover and leave for 10 minutes.

Transfer all the mix to a plate and knead it gently to form a dough.

Now, roll a ball of dough in the shape of a roti. Add the paneer filling and layer with another layer of ragi roti.

Seal the edges and put it on a pan for cooking. Cover with a lid as gluten-free flour takes more time to cook.

Finish off with some ghee. Your paneer ragi parathas are ready. Serve hot with chilled curd.
