How To Make Raw Mango Paani Puri

Summer is here, and one of the best snacks to beat the heat is the beloved chaat - paani puri. Crunchy puris are dipped in refreshing, flavoured water, making for an irresistible treat.

We all have tried paani puri with mint and sweet saunth. Here is another paani puri recipe: raw mango paani puri, shared by Chef Saloni Kukreja.

Ingredients 1/2

1 raw mango, 1 cup mint, 1 cup coriander, 2 green chillies, 1 tsp amchoor, 1/2 tsp rock salt, salt, 1 tsp roasted jeera powder.

1/2 tsp black pepper, 1 tsp sugar, 2 cups cold water, ice, 1 cup boondi, Paani puri- puri, 1 boiled aloo, salt and chilli powder to taste.

Step 1

In a blender jar, add the peeled raw mango, mint, coriander, green chillies, and spices.

Blend everything with ice cubes and a little water until smooth.

Strain the mixture into a bowl. Add ice-cold water, ice cubes, and boondi to the strained mixture.

Step 4

Now soak the boondi in water for a few minutes, then strain. Mix it with boiled, mashed potato, and season with salt and chilli powder.

Step 5

Fill each puri with the spiced potato mixture, then pour in the tangy mango-flavoured paani. Serve immediately and enjoy.
