1 medium onion, finely chopped
2-3 green chillies, chopped

Salt to taste
Fresh coriander leaves

Rinse that dried fish to clear off any excess salt and unwanted bits. Soak it in warm water for 10-15 minutes to soften up, then drain it out.

Toss the soaked fish in a pan and dry roast it over low heat for a few minutes. This will make it a little crispy. Once done, take it off the heat and let it cool.

Crumble up the roasted fish into a bowl. Add in the chopped onion, mustard oil, and salt. Mix it all together till everything's well blended.

Taste it-adjust salt or add an extra dash of mustard oil if you want that extra zing.
