Are you a fan of aloo tikki? Then try this delicious Sindhi-style aloo tikki. Sindhi Aloo Tikki is a tasty snack made with boiled potatoes, bread crumbs, and spices. It's a perfect tea-time snack.

3 potatoes, boiled and mashed, 3 bread slices, 1 tbsp cornflour, 2 tbsp oil, 1-inch piece of ginger, chopped, 2 green chillies, chopped

1 onion, chopped, ΒΌ cup chana dal, boiled, 1 tsp garam masala, 1 tsp cumin, Salt, to taste, A handful of coriander leaves

Trim the edges of the bread slices and soak them in water for a minute or two.

Squeeze out the excess water from the bread and crumble it into small pieces.

Heat some oil in a pan over a low-medium flame. Add the chopped ginger, jeera, onion, and green chillies. Saute until the onions turn translucent.

Add the boiled chana dal, garam masala, and salt. Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add the coriander leaves and combine well. Turn off the heat.

Divide the prepared potato and bread mixture into equal portions. Stuff each portion with the chana dal mixture and shape them into tikkis.

Heat oil in a kadhai and gently slide the tikkis in to deep-fry them until golden brown and crispy. Serve hot and enjoy!
