Ingredients

Bhindi- 750 gm
Whole red chillies – 7-8
Peanuts – 2 tsp
Coriander seeds – 2 tbsp
Minced garlic – 2 tbsp
Cumin seeds – 1 tbsp
Chana dal – 2 tbsp
Desiccated coconut – 2 tbsp
Salt To taste
Oil For Frying

Step-1

Dry roast the cumin seeds, coriander seeds, peanuts, chana dal, and whole red chillies together in a pan until aromatic.

Allow the roasted spices to cool slightly, then grind them into a dry, coarse powder.
