1 cup Red Chilli Powder
100 gm Ginger, grated
100 gm Garlic, minced
3 Onions, finely chopped
500 gm Chicken, small pieces

2 tsp Vinegar
Half tsp Coriander Powder
6 tsp Salt
250 ml Mustard oil
Heat mustard oil in a deep-base pan.
Fry the chicken pieces till they turn crispy. Transfer them to a bowl and keep aside.
In the same oil, add coriander powder, onion, ginger and fry everything together for around 10 mins.
Add garlic and salt, and fry for 5 more minutes.
Add the fried chicken pieces and mix well. Add red chilli and turn off the flame immediately. Give everything a good mix.
Add vinegar to it and mix again. Your spicy chicken pickle is ready!
