Sandwiches are loved everywhere, quick to make. There are endless sandwich recipes out there, but this spinach corn sandwich recipe is one that works any time of the day.

To make a simple white sauce, add butter & maida to a non-stick pan & cook it on low heat. Pour in the milk & stir it properly so that there are no lumps.

Toss in a cup of sweet corn, fresh cream, and chopped spinach leaves into the pan. Keep stirring so that everything cooks evenly.

Let it cook for a few minutes and then add some flavour with white sesame powder, a pinch of nutmeg powder, and a bit of salt to taste.

Mix it all well & cover with a lid so that the filling comes together. Add some grated cheese & stir again. Once it looks well-mixed, turn off the flame.

Take a few bread slices and spread some butter on them. Add a spoonful of the spinach and corn filling to each slice. Sprinkle a little grated cheese on top and place another slice over it.

Grill the sandwich for around 5-7 minutes until it is golden and crispy. Slice it and serve hot with your go-to dip or a warm cup of tea.
