Spring rolls are crispy and plain on the outside, while soft and bursting with flavours on the inside. Here is how you can make this delicious snack using an air fryer:

3 spring roll sheets, 1 cup sliced mushrooms, shredded cabbage, julienned carrots each, 2 minced garlic cloves, 1 tsp grated ginger, 2 tsp soy sauce, 1 tsp sesame oil.

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Take a spring roll sheet and place the veggie filling in the centre of the sheet.

Roll it nicely and seal the edges to form a cylindrical shape. Repeat the process with the remaining sheets.

Preheat your air fryer to 190 degrees C for 10 minutes. Gently brush the spring rolls with a little oil.

Air fry the spring rolls for around 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.

Avoid overcrowding the air fryer. Once ready, serve the spring rolls hot with your favourite dipping sauce.
