Bread Pakoras are the epitome of a tea-time snack but achieving that perfect crunch can be quite a problem. Here are simple tips for getting that crispy texture right every time.

A little corn flour or rice flour mixed in the besan batter will give you that extra crunch. Believe us, it will taste entirely different.

Keep the batter thick by using a little water while mixing it. The product makes a better coating on the bread, & it helps make it extra crispy.

Get your oil hot first, and this way, you'll cook the bread pakora through for that crunchy outer layer we all enjoy.

The trick is, after putting the pakoras in hot oil, you reduce the heat so that they cook slowly and evenly, remaining crispy.
