1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp Cumin Powder
1 tbsp Besan
? tsp Chaat Masala
2-3 Sweet Potato, boiled
1 tsp Lemon Juice
Salt as per taste
1 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
1 tsp Garam Masala
Mash the boiled sweet potato.
Add salt, red chilli powder, garam masala, cumin powder and chaat masala.
Further, add ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice and besan. Mix everything well.
Shape the mixture into tiny tikkis.
Pan fry them until golden brown.
The sweet potato cutlet is ready!
