1 tsp Cumin Seeds
1 tsp Coriander Seeds, crushed
1 cup Water
½ cup Tomato Puree
1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
Salt as per taste
1 Bay Leaf
1 tbsp Spring Onion
½ tsp Turmeric Powder
½ tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp Garam Masala
1 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
Heat some oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, bay leaf and ginger-garlic paste. Fry them together for a couple of minutes.
Add crushed coriander seeds and mix well.
Add tomato puree and mix again.
Add salt, black pepper powder, turmeric powder, garam masala and red chilli powder. Mix everything well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add water to it and simmer for some time.
Finally, garnish with chopped spring onion and serve hot.
