HOW TO MAKE
TANDOORI CHICKEN
SANDWICH

Ingredients

7-8 pieces Boneless Chicken

3-4 slices Tomato

4-5 slices Capsicum

5-6 rings Onion

2 slices Bread, toasted

? tsp Chaat Masala

? tsp Garam Masala

Salt to taste

? tsp Red Chilli Powder

? tsp Black Pepper Powder

Ingredients

? tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste

1 tbsp Mustard Sauce

1 tbsp Barbecue Sauce

1 tbsp Hot Sauce

1 tbsp Curd

Marinate chicken with ginger-garlic paste, curd, red chilli powder, salt, black pepper powder, garam masala and chaat masala for 30 minutes.

Step 1

Roast the chicken pieces till golden brown.

Step 2

Spread barbecue sauce on the bread slice and add the roasted chicken pieces.

Step 3

Add onion rings, tomato and capsicum slices.

Step 4

Add hot sauce, mustard sauce and cover with another bread slice. Cut into half and serve.
