Pulao is a comforting meal for us, and you can make it without any hassle. It is a saviour dish when you don't want to spend much time in the kitchen.

Tawa pulao is a delicious variation of it. Just dice some vegetables and toss with aromatic basmati rice, brown onions and spices. Check out the recipe.

1 bowl of pre-cooked rice
70 gram cauliflower
30 gram beans
40 gram carrot
5 tbsp ghee
75 gram onions
80 gram tomatoes
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp salt
10 gram coriander, fresh
Mint (according to taste)
30 gram onions, browned
1 tbsp Ghee

Dice the cauliflower, beans, and carrots into even-sized pieces and blanch them in hot water until they are half-cooked.

Heat ghee on a hot tawa and add chopped onions.

Sauté till they turn light brown in colour. Later, add chopped tomatoes and garam masala.

Add pre-cooked pulao rice, salt and mix well on tawa.
