Dosa is a must-have in every South Indian home, and there are so many versions to try. This recipe is all about the easy thattu dosa - perfect for a tasty meal with minimal fuss.

1 cup raw rice, 1/2 cup idli rice/parboiled rice, 1 cup urad dal, 2 tbsp cooked rice, Salt to taste3 tsp fenugreek seeds, Ghee for frying

Give your urad dal, idli rice, fenugreek seeds, and rice a wash. Soak them separately overnight. The next day, grind them with the rice until you get a smooth paste.

Add salt, give it a good mix, and let it ferment overnight. This is your magic batter, all set and ready!

Now, heat up some ghee on a non-stick pan. Pour a ladleful of the batter and spread it evenly in a circular motion.

Cook it on both sides until it's crispy and golden. Repeat this with the rest of your batter to make as many dosas as you want.
